The regulation applies to all Technical Humanistic Full-fledged Units, both public and private, and those with agreements.

"Tribunal de Defensa de Grado" refers to a group of people with formation and experience in a specific career, gathered to evaluate the graduation projects of the Technical Humanistic Bachelor's Degree.
"Modalidades de graduación" refers to different academic options for students to elaborate their graduation projects, such as:
- Proyecto de Emprendimiento Productivo (Productive Entrepreneurship Project)
- Proyecto de Innovación (Innovation Project)
- Práctica Laboral Comunitaria (Community-based Labor Practice)
