B5 Product Identification Labeling for Packaging
- Each pallet of parts will be tagged with a production label.
- White labels designate PE product, Yellow labels designate PP product, Orange are for IMTANK, & Blue for CM tank.
- Tag colors need to be referenced in QA plans as not all parts follow the above color scheme.
Anatomy of Production Tag
- Production Tag includes Part Number, Machine, Shift, & Pallet Number, Part Qty, Date, Utility ID, QA Signoff Box, Tag Number, and Bottom Tear-off
- Shift, Pallet#, Machine, & Utility ID are automatically populated by printing app based on sign-in and part selection.
IM & CM TANK
- Uncontrolled Document When Printed
STORMTECH/CHAMBERS/ENDCAPS/EZ SNAP LIDS/RISERS & EZ SET LIDS
- Completed pallet is brought to the staging area.
- Quality Auditor inspects after pallet has been completed.
- Pallet needs to set and cool for at least 2 hours.
- Completed form 806.3a is filled out.
- If pallet does not need to set and cool, lids can start to be made.
