- ATI Engage material is the sole copyrighted property of Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI)
- It is provided under license to ATI's clients only

- ATI marks and copyright notices must be clearly displayed
- Personal use outside the institution isn't allowed
- Material removal from LMS is required if the institution stops using ATI Engage
