Students must submit their assessments without signing the Cheating & Plagiarism Declaration.

Assessment Information

Students must complete a cover sheet before submitting their assessments.

Assessment Results

The assessment results are recorded on the cover sheet.
There are two possible assessment results:
- Satisfactory (S): The student has demonstrated the required skills and knowledge.
- Not Yet Satisfactory (NYS): The student has not yet demonstrated the required skills and knowledge.
Feedback to the student is provided on the cover sheet.
Students must verify their work is their own and that they were informed about the assessment process.
Assessors must verify they have explained the assessment tasks to the student.
