Assessment Submission Guidelines

Assessment Information

• Students must complete a cover sheet before submitting their assessments.
• The cover sheet includes information such as student name, ID number, and assessment due date.
• Students must declare whether they have access to required resources and if they require any additional support.
• Students must sign a declaration acknowledging they have not cheated or plagiarised.

Cheating and Plagiarism Declaration

• Students must acknowledge they have not cheated or plagiarised.
• This acknowledgement must be signed by the student.

Assessment Results

• The assessment results are recorded on the cover sheet.
• There are two possible assessment results:
  • Satisfactory (S): The student has demonstrated the required skills and knowledge.
  • Not Yet Satisfactory (NYS): The student has not yet demonstrated the required skills and knowledge.
• Feedback to the student is provided on the cover sheet.
• Students must verify their work is their own and that they were informed about the assessment process.
• Assessors must verify they have explained the assessment tasks to the student.

Assessment 1

• This is a written assessment for students to complete.
• The form includes a cover sheet to be filled out by both the student and the assessor.
• The cover sheet records student competency in the assessment task.
• The student declares that the work is their own and they have not cheated or plagiarised any work.
• The assessor declares that they have explained the assessment tasks to the student.
• There is space for feedback on the student's performance.
