Promotion Levels

  • Promotions occur at three levels:

E5/E6 Promotion Level

  • Soldiers are promoted to the grade of E5/E6 at the semi-centralized level.

  • PV2/E2:
    • Time in Grade (TIG): 6 months

  • PFC/E3:
    • TIG: 4 months
