- Staging and establishing command must be done according to the District's SOP and Incident Management System Command Procedures.
- The Incident Commander is responsible for coordination and direction of all activities and tactical priorities, including life safety, stabilization, and property conservation.
- Fire attack tactics include blitz attack, flanking attack, tandem attack, and pincer attack, with safety as the top priority.
- Rapid Intervention Teams and water shuttle operations must be established and executed according to the SOP.
- ICS forms must be completed and submitted as required.
- Personnel accountability and radio communications must be maintained at all times.
