    • The Architect shall advise the Client against proceeding with any project that may be questionable due to financial or legal conditions.
    • The Architect will be compensated for their services solely through their professional fee billed directly to the Client.
    • The Architect shall include a clause in their agreement with the Client providing for negotiation, mediation/conciliation and/or arbitration as alternative methods for dispute resolution.
    • The Architect shall carry out their professional work without undue delay and within an agreed reasonable time limit.
