Types of Research Articles
- Qualitative meta-analytic reports have a similar structure as qualitative primary reports, including a description of the perspectives of the authors of the primary works included in the analysis.
- The purpose of qualitative meta-analyses is to aggregate findings, not generate narrative descriptions, they are not to be confused with quantitative reviews.
- Researchers using a qualitative meta-analytic approach should follow the reporting standards for this approach.
