    • Extraordinarily violent conditions of nature (tornadoes, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes)
    • Physical damage to the alarm system caused by conditions of nature or criminal acts of others

  • Occurs when a law enforcement agency receives a request for response or learns of an alarm system activation
  • A response occurs when the call is entered into the dispatch system, regardless of whether an officer physically responds

  • Alarm business shall provide the following information when requesting law enforcement response:
