- At the mountain, the man asked Aladdin to make a fire while he spoke strange words. A portion of the mountain opened to reveal a cave.
- Aladdin was told to bring out an old lamp from the cave. He returned to the cave's entrance, but the stranger took the lamp and vanished, leaving Aladdin trapped in the mountain.
- Inside the cave, Aladdin rubbed the lamp and released the genie, who granted him a wish. Aladdin wished to be home before he knew what had happened.
- When Aladdin returned home, he found his mother amazed by his story. They used the lamp to create a feast, which they sold to buy their needs.
