    • Plot area of 1000 sqm is divided into 750 sq.m and 250 sq.m
    • FSI of 3 applies to both parts of the plot

    • 250 sqm is for affordable housing component
    • The FSI sharing between the two parts of the plot is 1:3, where FSI of 3.00 is to be calculated separately on each component.
