    • Each inmate in administrative segregation will be reviewed weekly by the Inmate Management Team.
    • All mental health observations, disciplinary reports, and contact card information will be reviewed for possible status changes.
    • The Administrative Division Commander or designee(s) will communicate with each inmate in administrative segregation at least one (1) time per week to assess the inmate's attitude and general condition.
