In 38 addition, his remarkable achievements include Pangasinan II Division winning in the search for Brigada Eskwela Best Implementer National level; promoted Alternative Learning System (ALS) that benefited many Pangasinenses particularly those from grassroots as they obtained literacy through the program; the Senior High School Program went in full swing during his term; advocated teachers’ empowerment by encouraging and motivating teachers to display versatility and give their best always which are indicators of effective teaching. Through his advocacy, numerous awards and recognition were accorded to a number of teachers for their excellent works and great contribution to education. They were recipients of Civil Service Commission PAGASA Award.
