Floor Access:
- Floor 1: Open access.
- Floor 2: Open access.
- Floor 3: Restricted access (Alatau Hall entry by invitation only).

Color Code: Red
Roles:
- D: Delegate - Represents ESCAP members, Associate Members, and Permanent Observers; includes all member states.
- E: Head of Delegation.
Floor Access:
- Floor 1: Access allowed.
- Floor 2: Access allowed.
- Floor 3: Access allowed.

Group 2: IGO, UN Entities, NGO, CSO, and Other Observers

Color Code: Green
Roles:
- U: UN agencies, Funds, and Programmes.
- I: Intergovernmental Organizations (IGO).
- N: Nongovernmental Organizations (NGO).
- O: Observers (Experts and Institutions).
- S: UNESCAP Staff (Secretariat).
Floor Access:
- Floor 1: Access allowed.
- Floor 2: Access allowed.
- Floor 3: Access allowed.

Group 3: Media and Special Guests

Color Code: Yellow
Roles:
- G: Special Guests (Invited speakers, panel members, spouses; not representing a country or organization).
- P: Press, media, and journalists.

- M: Non-ESCAP meeting participants (Public).

- L: Local support staff (Outsourced personnel/freelancers hired by Host Country).
- H: Host Country Officials not listed in the credential letter issued by the Host Country government.
