A student must have achieved a minimum Year GPA of 4.50 to qualify for the Dean's List. This GPA is calculated based on all graded courses attempted in the academic year, excluding any courses taken in special terms.

For full-time students, 15 AU of graded courses are required from both degrees combined. This includes common courses that contribute to both degrees, but these AUs are not counted twice.

Double-degree students need to earn at least 9 AU of graded courses from each individual degree in an academic year, in addition to the 15 AU combined requirement.

To qualify for the Dean's List, final year students must have attained a minimum classification of Honours (Distinction) with a CGPA of 4.00 or above in their final year of study.

Courses graded as Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory (S/U), Pass/Fail, or those with grades like 'EX' (Exempted), 'IP' (In Progress), and 'LOA' (Leave of Absence) are not included in the calculation of graded AU for the Dean's List.
