Supplier Information
- Supplier item number is the internal item number used by the supplier and communicated to AAG for purchasing across Europe
- Supplier name refers to the trade name known to AAG
- Complementary item number is used if a product has a secondary supplier number
Manufacturer Information
- Manufacturer item number is the item number used by the manufacturer, which is usually the same as the supplier item number
- Brand or TecDoc manufacturer ID is the brand name of the item, and the TecDoc manufacturer ID if the item is in TecDoc
- TecDoc item number is the TecDoc catalog item number, and can be copied from the supplier item number if the supplier is not in TecDoc
TecDoc Information
- TecDoc supplier no. (brand no./DL number) is used to identify the brand of the item in TecDoc
- TecDoc GenArt is the generic article number used in TecDoc, and multiple GenArts can be separated using a semicolon
Product Information
- Article description (English), (Dutch), (German), and (French) are the descriptions of the product in respective languages
- Previous item number is the supplier item number of a product that has been replaced, separated by semicolons if multiple
- Successor item number is the supplier item number of a new product that will replace an old one, separated by semicolons if multiple
Customs and Tariffs
- Intrastat EU is the 8-digit customs tariff code for the product in the European Union
- Intrastat UK is the 10-digit customs tariff code for the product in the UK
- Country of origin is the country where the product is manufactured
Product Status and Safety
- Hazardous goods indicates if the product contains hazardous substances, with "YES" indicating it is hazardous
- Status (UK), (NL), (DE), and (FR) indicate the status of the article in the supplier's system for each country
Product Availability
- Active assortment (UK), (NL), (DE), and (FR) indicate whether the product is being offered to AAG in each country
Packaging and Identification
- EAN piece is the European Article Number identifying a unique product and displayed on the piece packaging
- Extra EAN piece is an extra European Article Number to identify the product, separated by semicolons if multiple
