    Mask Operation

    • To don the mask:
      • Remove the mask from its stowage box by squeezing the red grips towards each other and pull the mask out of its box
      • This allows the stowage box to open with the mask being supplied with oxygen, harness inflating, and microphone activated
    • To remove and stow the mask:
      • Squeeze the grips to inflate the harness
      • Remove the mask
      • Place the mask back into the stowage box
      • Press the TEST/RESET pb
      • Press the EMERGENCY selector and check that the oxygen flow indicator remains black

    Aircraft Cabin Altitude Warnings

    • At 9,550 ft:
      • Continuous repetitive chimes in the Flight Deck
      • Fasten Seatbelts, No Smoking, and Exit signs come on automatically
      • If it is not possible to reach the passenger cabin, the flight crew should evacuate the aircraft via the flight deck hatch, by using the escape ropes
