Recording configuration Page 1 of 4 Help > Historical records Introduction to the role of historical records Teach you how to configure and use historical records In the operation of the project, the value of the variable will change, and the process of recording these changes is called a historical record. The history record directly reflects the situation of engineering operation. The research and analysis of the data of historical records will be helpful to improve the project, so as to improve the production efficiency and quality. The history of the configuration software is divided into the timing records;trigger record and changing records. The time record is a numerical value that records the engineering variables at a specified time interval.Trigger record is to bind trigger variable and select trigger mode. Once triggered, it can record the value of engineering variable. Change records are recorded when the value of the variable is recorded. Data storage location There are three methods for data storage location: "internal storage", "SD card", and "U disk". Set the data storage method as required. For the setting of the storage file size, when the stored data file is greater than the set value, a new storage file will be automatically created. After configuring the database type, data storage location, and data file size of the storage file, click "OK" to complete the configuration of the historical record. Record variables Record variables is a variable that needs to be saved in a configuration project, usually called a history variable. The configuration procedure is as follows: Step one: double click "historical records" node, the historical recording window will be popped up, as shown in the following figure: FIgure-- Historical recording window Step two: Click "add record variable" button, variable selector window will be popped up, then click "confirm selection" on the small box before the variable you want to add, to complete the adding of historical variables. As shown in the following figure: mk:@MSITStore:C:\PROGRA~2\Haiwell\HAIWEL~2\help(en).chm::/catalogue/historical... 9/17/2024 Recording configuration Page 3 of 4 FIgure-- Add historical variables Step three: Click the selected history variable to configure the select button, historical variable record setting window will be popped up. There are three ways of historical variables recording: timing records;trigger record and changing records. Timing records, select or enter the time interval to record in the interval, for example, the interval of one second, that is recorded once a second. Trigger type record, bind variables in the trigger variable box, and then select the trigger mode, such as binding switch Y0, and the trigger mode is off → on. Once the state of Y0 changes from off to on, the value of Engineering variables can be recorded.Changing records, set the value in the dead zone, for example, the dead zone is 0.5, which the current numerical value is more than 0.5 times the last one.(the first time is 32.2, the second time is 30, the record; the third time is 30.2, does not record; the fourth time is 31, recorded). Step six: In the historical variable description box, input the corresponding text on the historical variables are briefly described, explained. Read display The data of the historical variable can be shown through the historical curve and the historical report. There is no need to describe the historical curve and the historical report, if you want to know more, you can see "trend curve--- historical curve " section and" report---- create report "section. mk:@MSITStore:C:\PROGRA~2\Haiwell\HAIWEL~2\help(en).chm::/catalogue/historical... 9/17/2024 Alarm diagnostic data Page 1 of 8 Help > Alarm configuration and management > Set alarm Alarm groups:For easy to view、record and distinguish, the generated alarm information by the alarm variable will be divided into different groups, these groups are the alarm groups. Alarm levels:Ued to react to the contents of the alarm or the severity of the possible consequences of the event. Alarm configuration Figure-- set alarm Alarm groups Click the "Add" button, pop up the named window of alarm groups, input the name of alarm groups in the alarm groups box of the window, click the “OK” to complete the alarm groups to add. Alarm record When the alarm record is not enabled, there is no record of the alarm information when the project is running, Once you exit the project running, you can no longer query the information which is generated in the current running. It is not always recorded the generated alarm information of the project when ticking in the small box before the enabled alarm record, the alarm variables should simultaneously satisfy the alarm groups、alarm levels on the recording range of alarm information, then record the corresponding types of the alarm information according to the selected type of recording alarm information. The alarm groups have two kinds of choices: all the alarm groups and the specified alarm groups. If choose the all alarm groups, then the alarm groups of the alarm variables to be recorded in this range (at this time, the alarm groups of alarm variable can be empty); If choose the specified alarm groups , tick in the small box before alarm groups, then you can choose one or more alarm groups, also can not choose any one of the alarm groups. Only the alarm groups of the alarm variables in the range of the selected alarm groups, it is possible to record the alarm information of the alarm variables. The alarm levels have two kinds of choices:all the alarm levels and the specified alarm levels.
