Human action can either uphold or diminish freedom. A person becomes less free when he or she does not exercise control over his or her action that diminish freedom also dehumanize a person. **Three kinds of freedom:** **Physical freedom** -Refers to the absence of physical restraint. Meaning it allows us to move from one place to another, and to go wherever you want to go. **Psychological Freedom** -Is the freedom of choice. We are become more free when we use our freedom well but becomes less free when we use it in a bad way. **Two important elements of human freedom:** **Voluntariness.** To the ability of the person to act out of his or her own free will and self-determination. **Responsibility.** Refers to the person being accountable on his or her actions under consequences. Freedom is experience through the act of making choices. It is therefore important for persons to exercise caution and prudence. Like on possible course of action in making decisions or doing action. Freedom should be exercise in a responsible and beneficial manners. Individuals must exercise control their actions and reasonable limits to their freedom. Freedom should also be exercised with regard for knowledge and truth, and each choice or action must be made after careful thought and reflection. Finally, it is our responsibility as person to oppose not only individual freedom but also the freedom of others. *Man, and animals have freedom and have the right to experience it.* **Human\'s freedom.** A man has the ability to command animals and do whatever they want to do. **Animal\'s freedom.** Animals free to response or not on the command of human. One of the important indications of human freedom is the ability to make choice and perform actions. Freedom has the ability to decide and create yourself. Our freedom gives us the opportunity to choose to be a good person and act in a good way. The person\'s actions determined what kind of person he or she becomes. It defines our character and person. **Freedom according to Abella, 2016**. It is the power or right to act, speak or think as you want without hindrance or restraint. It is an intrinsic and essential property of the person. One person\'s self-determination and the exercise of intellect and free will. This means that a person\'s every action is freely determined, and this action define on her. *Two greatest gift that God gave to man are Intellect and Free Will.* **Elements that define freedom:** **Voluntariness.** The ability of a person to act of his or her own free will and self-determination. A person may decide to do things or not to do it according to his own free will. One must always remember that in every action we make, in every choice we make, there is an equivalent consequence. These consequences affect not just individual who does the decision, but also other people and their surroundings. **Responsibility.** Refers to the person being accountable for his or her action and their consequences. Taking responsibility can mean either you take responsibility to your doing voluntarily or other people will hold you responsible. **HUMAN FREEDOM AND RESPONSIBILITY** It is settled principle, growing out of the nature of well-ordered civil societies, that the exercise of those rights is not absolute, for it may be so regulated that it shall not be injurious to the equal enjoyment of others having equal rights. Nor injurious to the rights of the community or society. Freedom requires a degree of control from the person who exercises it. A person becomes more free when he or she exercises control over himself or herself, if one in no longer in control of him or herself. And is instead being controlled by other forces. He is no longer free but doing this out of manipulation or fear. People who act solely based on their emotions are also fears free because they allow themselves to be controlled by their feelings without any regard for ethical consideration. To lose control of oneself diminishes human freedom and dehumanizes the person him or herself. **Human acts** The act must be deliberate or free will, the act must be free, and the act must be voluntary. **Acts of human** They are done in-deliberately acts are not done freely, and the acts are done involuntarily. **Human acts. According to Dimson 2015**, a human act is referred to as the human activity of man as man, by which he obtained an end he wants to obtain. Human acts are the rational acts of human person which evolve understanding and freewill. Human acts can morally good or morally bad. **Attributes of human acts:** **Knowledge.** It is performed consciously. **Free will.** It is performed freely. **Voluntary.** It is done willfully. **Acts of Man**. Are instinctive or involuntarily. These are actions done under the circumstances of ignorance, fear, passion, violence, habits, and physical and biological movements. **Ignorance.** Lack of knowledge in a certain thing. **Fear.** Mental disorder brought or by the apprehension of some present or imminent danger. **Passion.** Considered as mental responses either tendencies towards desirable objects or tendencies away from undesirable object. **Violence.** Is a force exerted on a person by another person in order to compel him to perform a certain action against his will. **Habits.** It\'s a constant that tends to influence one to perform repeatedly similar actions.
