Roles Junior Managers (Lead Generation Managers) Primary Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads and ensure they are scheduled for meetings via Calendly. Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential leads, such as researching ICO websites, participating in Telegram groups, and other relevant channels. Objective: Provide a consistent flow of high-potential leads to Senior Managers for closing. Senior Managers (Partner Managers) Primary Responsibilities: Close deals and convert leads into agreements. Hire, mentor, and develop new team members to ensure their growth and success within the organization. Objective: Drive revenue through effective negotiation and relationship management while fostering the growth and development of the team. Project Managers Primary Responsibilities: Oversee CRM management, ensuring the correct distribution of leads and efficient onboarding of new hires. Conduct quality assurance (QA) to maintain high standards in CRM entries, daily standups, and training workshops. Ensure the smooth operation of processes and adherence to best practices. Growth Managers Primary Responsibilities: Manage token budgets to incentivize community engagement and trader acquisition through various marketing efforts. Plan and execute activities such as giveaways, airdrops, and trading competitions to stimulate interest and participation. Coordinate email blasts, social media marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities to maximize visibility and engagement. Objective: Enhance the success of token projects by driving community growth and trader acquisition through targeted marketing strategies and effective budget management. 2. Standups Structure and Purpose Leadership: Standups are led by a Senior Manager or a Sales Manager identified as having high growth potential. This leadership role may rotate weekly or bi-weekly. Focus: The primary goal of standups is to identify and eliminate impediments that hinder progress. Every team member must report any blockers and actively participate in resolving them. Reporting: Each participant must provide key metrics, including: The number of Calendly registrations. The count of active chats. The tasks completed the previous day. Any issues or challenges faced. Moderation: The Scrum Master or appointed leader ensures the standup is energetic and transparent. After each session, a Slack post summarizing attendance, key metrics, and reported issues should be created. 3. Workshops Organization and Focus Areas Leadership: Workshops are organized by Project Managers and typically involve either an invited coach or Senior Managers. Key Training Areas: a. Lead Review: Analyze lead origination, qualification, and communication strategies. Review CRM entries and conduct spot checks on random leads to highlight mistakes and best practices. Practical exercises: Participants will draft 10 messages on specific topics, potentially using tools like ChatGPT to refine their approach. b. Sales Techniques: Focus on building trust, identifying needs, recognizing decision-makers, and effectively pitching the solution. Address common pitfalls: Many salespeople fail due to poor rapport-building or an inability to identify the true decision-maker and understand their decision-making process. Additional Team and Standup Guidelines Regional Teams: Teams are organized based on geographic regions, allowing for local event coverage and communication in the same language and time zone. This structure starts with broad time zones (America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania) but can be narrowed down to specific cities as teams grow. Team Leads Responsibilities: Standups: Energize the team, aiming for each member to generate 2-3 hot leads or meetings daily. Review the previous day’s/week’s performance in terms of revenue, agreements, meetings, and leads. Newcomers: Track the progress of new team members, ensuring they are onboarded effectively and quickly brought up to speed. Conference Coverage: Attend and manage local conferences, aiming to generate significant leads. Assign team members if unable to attend personally. Hiring and Training: Participate in HR-organized hiring batches, onboard new team members using this manual, and provide feedback on their performance. CRM Rules Effective management of leads through CRM is critical to our success in the listings unit. The following rules are designed to ensure that every lead is properly tracked, worked on, and moved through the sales funnel efficiently. Adherence to these guidelines will improve your productivity and maximize conversion rates. 1. Add New Leads to CRM Every new lead must be immediately added to the CRM. Include all relevant information: the source of the lead, primary contacts, and any additional notes that might be helpful for future communication. 2. Assign and Manage Tasks For every lead, create tasks in the CRM. This is essential for managing your workflow and ensuring that no lead is overlooked. No overdue tasks: It is crucial that all tasks are completed on time. Overdue tasks indicate a lack of attention to detail and can result in lost opportunities. 3. Log All Communications Every interaction with a lead, whether by email, phone, or messaging app, must be logged in the CRM. If the communication is not automatically logged, manually add screenshots or notes to ensure the CRM reflects the most current status. 4. Move Leads to the Appropriate Stage Progress leads through the funnel by moving them to the appropriate stage based on the interaction: Initial Contact: Once you've reached out to the lead, move them to the "Contacted" stage. Hot Lead: If the lead responds positively or shows interest, move them to the "Hot Lead" stage. Registered: When the lead schedules a meeting through Calendly or similar, move them to the "Registered" stage. Met: After a meeting with the lead, advance them to the "Met" stage. Agreement Sent: Once an agreement is approved and sent, move the lead to this stage. Paid: Mark the lead as "Paid" once the payment is received. 5. Qualify and Prioritize Leads Assess the potential of each lead and assign a priority level. Focus your efforts on high- priority leads to maximize your chances of conversion. 6. Close Lost Leads If a lead is no longer viable, close it in the CRM with a clear reason. This keeps the sales funnel clean and allows you to focus on active leads. 7. Daily Funnel Reporting At the end of each day, post a screenshot of your sales funnel under the Standup post. This can be found in the Stats and Dashboard section of the CRM. Finding leads Effective prospecting is essential to maintaining a strong sales pipeline. The following structured guidelines will help you systematically identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients. 1. Work with Cold Leads in CRM Action: Start by working on cold leads already in our CRM. Request: Ask your Project Manager to assign cold leads to you if they are not already allocated. 2. Utilize ICO/IDO Websites Target: ICO/IDO websites are ideal for finding projects that have recently completed their offerings and are looking to list on exchanges. Approach: Focus on tokens that are not yet listed on any exchange, as they are more likely to require our growth tools and listing services. Leverage Decentralized Exchanges (DEXes) and Launchpads Source: Projects listed on DEXes or those launching through platforms like Radium often seek additional listings on centralized exchanges. Action: Monitor DEXes and launchpads for new projects that might need our services. 6. Ask CRM Admin for Fresh Leads Sources: Hot leads from landing web forms. Projects recently listed on smaller exchanges looking for broader exposure. Action: Request these leads from the CRM admin to enhance your prospecting efforts. 7. Blockchain Explorers: Investigate on-chain data to assess the distribution of token holders and check for potential risks (e.g., concentrated holdings). Community Activity: Verify that the project’s social media and community channels are active and engaged. Final Reminders 1. Research Thoroughly: Ensure you have a deep understanding of each project before initiating contact. 2. Client-Centric Approach: Prioritize the needs of our clients to build trust and long-term relationships. 3. Founder with a Token Not Yet Listed Context: You met the founder at a recent conference and have a joint photo with them. Action: High priority. Personal connections and recent interactions make this lead particularly valuable. 2. Founder Introduced by an Ambassador/Agent Context: The lead comes recommended by a trusted ambassador or agent within your network. Action: High priority. Referrals from credible sources often lead to smoother negotiations and higher conversion rates. 3. Lead from a Web Form Context: The lead has actively reached out through our web form, indicating an immediate interest in our services. Action: High priority. These leads have already shown initiative and are likely to be in the decision-making phase. 4. Lead from ICO/IDO Sites Context: Sourced from platforms like Coincodex, Cryptototem, CMC ICO list, or Crypto Rank. Action: Medium to high priority. These projects are often looking to expand their visibility and may be in need of our listing services. 5. Recent Listing on Another Exchange Context: The project has recently been listed on a smaller exchange and may be looking to list on additional platforms. Action: Medium priority. These leads may be actively seeking further expansion and listing opportunities. 6. Community Demand for Listing Context: The token’s community is actively requesting a listing on Telegram, Twitter, or other social media platforms. Action: High priority. Community demand for a listing is a strong indicator of the project's growth potential and the likelihood of a successful partnership. Client Categories and Objectives (from the Slide): 1. The Urged Objective: Immediate listing due to community demand for liquidity. Strategy: Offer a quick listing with an airdrop to neutralize negativity. Timeline & Chance: 1 week, 20% chance. 2. Listing Spree Objective: Listing on multiple exchanges with an allocated marketing budget. Strategy: Position as a category leader in airdrops and an altcoin seeker community builder. Timeline & Chance: 4 weeks, 5% chance. 3. Early Raisers Objective: Announce exchange partnership without a token. Strategy: Engage a 4M community with a future token airdrop. Timeline & Chance: 2 months, 2% chance. 4. Marketing Cows Objective: Optimize/scale marketing for tokens already listed on many CEXes. Strategy: Low CAC, nurture relationships, and plan recurrent activities. Timeline & Chance: 6 months, 2% chance, with recurrent activities. Identifying and Handling Low-Priority or Dead Leads: Signs of a Dead Lead: The project has an outdated or non-functional website. The project has no discernible online presence or cannot be found on Google. Social media groups (Telegram, Twitter, etc.) show no recent activity or engagement. Action: Move these leads to the "Close Lost" category. Focus your efforts on more promising opportunities. High-Priority Project Types: 1. New Projects (Token Not Developed or Not Yet Listed on a CEX) Step 1: Check the Whitepaper - Review the whitepaper to ensure the project has a solid foundation and a clear plan for listing or conducting an IEO soon. Key Indicators: The project is prepared for listing or has an IEO planned. High-revenue potential if LATOKEN can be their first or only exchange. Action: Proceed if the project meets these criteria. High potential projects are those that have their IEO with LATOKEN and remain listed exclusively with us. 2. Existing Projects (Already Listed on Other Exchanges) Step 1: Social Media and Website Activity The project’s Telegram groups, Twitter account, and website should be active and engaging. Step 2: Follower Count Telegram or Twitter accounts should have 10K+ followers to indicate a healthy community presence. Step 3: Market Capitalization Use CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko to assess the project’s market cap. Projects with a market cap > $100K are generally viable, while those with > $1M are particularly strong leads. Step 4: Blockchain and Token Activity Token Holders: Check the number of token holders using a blockchain explorer (e.g., Etherscan). Projects with > 100 holders are viable, while > 1K holders indicate a strong project. Transaction Activity: Several transactions on the current day: Good indicator of activity. Few transactions with gaps in days: Indicates potential issues, consider the project’s standing carefully. Last transaction was days or weeks ago: Likely an abandoned project. Project Age: Determine how new the project is by checking the first transaction. New projects with a small market cap but high activity may still have significant potential. Proceeding with Contact: Action: If the lead passes the qualification criteria, proceed with contacting the lead and assign an appropriate priority level. Follow-Up: Regularly monitor the lead’s progress and update its status in the CRM based on ongoing interactions and developments. By following this structured triage and qualification process, you can ensure that your focus remains on the most promising leads, increasing your chances of successful conversions and maximizing your impact. Find Contacts Efficiently locating and engaging with key decision-makers is crucial for building a strong sales pipeline. Here’s a streamlined approach: Daily Contact Goals: 250+ New Contacts per Day: High-Priority Leads (5-10 per day): Spend 5-15 minutes per lead to contact 2-3 executives. Unknown or Low-Priority Leads (50-100 per day): Find contacts quickly (1-2 minutes) using tools like EasyLeadz.com or Telegram groups. Bulk Outreach (100-500 per day): Use Dripify.io or Apollo.io for automated messaging. Key Channels and Tools: 1. Telegram Groups: Process: Join the group via links on the website or CoinMarketCap/CoinGecko. Post to the group question who should you contact for listing/token growth partnership. Look for pinned messages or use /adminlist to find admins. Figure out how who is the founder. Message directly. 2. LinkedIn + Dripify.io: Process: Find founders on LinkedIn. Use Dripify.io to automate outreach and SignalHire to locate email addresses. 3. Apollo.io & SignalHire: Process: Use these tools for bulk email campaigns (500 emails daily) and finding verified contacts. 4. Discord: Process: Engage with admins and community members in Discord groups, which can be highly responsive. 5. Project Websites + EasyLeadz.com: Process: Visit the project’s website, identify key team members, and use EasyLeadz.com to get contacts. 6. Additional Tools: Tools: Explore RocketSales.io, GetEmail.io, Lusha.com, Improver, and others for additional contact-finding options Here is the detailed review: 1. Websites: Go to a project website to see who is working there and get their contact with easy leadz.com use Rocketsales.io GetEmail.io lusha.com, improver, signalhire etc. Google for newer instruments - find a better tool. OLD: Let's take https://carryprotocol.io/ as an example: Obviously, to find contacts it is better to start from the project's website. The best way to ensure that you contact the correct person is via Telegram. Most of the projects have their telegram link on their website. Ensure that you find C- Level contacts and approach at least 3 of them (CEO, Founder, Co- Founder, CMO, Marketing Manager etc) In case you cannot find them on Telegram, approach the Community Managers or admins, and try to find C-Level contacts via their LinkedIn account (if they have it in the website). Very often there are projects that have a "team" section on their websites introducing the team behind the project (sometimes links to their social media are attached) use the links to approach C-Level contacts. CoinMarketCap & CoinGecko In case there is no contact information on their website, you can search the project on CoinMarketCap and Coingecko (sometimes even other aggregators) 1. Open CoinMarketCap and in the search bar type the project's name, or search on google by name adding CoinMarketCap (ie: Shiba Inu CoinMarketCap). 2. Once you find the project on any aggregator, you should have links to their Social Media from where you can contact them. 2. Admins and founders in Telegram: Telegram so far is the most popular and efficient way to get a response from team members so this is the place to spend more effort and time searching for C-Level contact details. Link to the TG community is often placed on the website or any aggregator like CMC or Coingecko. First of all better to look at recent and pinned messages, any Team Member should be tagged in their group with the role they have (ie CEO,Founder, CMO, Marketing Manager, Admin, Community Manager etc) Then you need to open the list of TG group members and scroll down looking for C-Level contacts. Another good tool to extract admins is using commands in the group chat like /adminlist to get a list of admins (Need to have Rose bot in the chat). What else could be done is to drop a message in the group chat like: Good day, My name is Peter, I am a Listings manager at Latoken, kindly advise to whom I can speak regarding a partnership with our exchange. Often chat members will advise you or one of the admins will give you desired contacts. In some TG groups, you can type «/»and find any marketing or partnership bot Note: We can see an example of an inactive member, you can still contact him/her but make sure you find more C-Level contacts to increase the potential of a reply. 3. Linkedin Dripify.io to message daily 70 leads and do 150-200 activities in Linkedin (set up 2-3 hours for 1- 2k leads for a next 2-3 weeks of messages and activities follow ups) Usually, links to the founder's LinkedIn accounts are present on the website or whitepaper but also you can find them by searching their names in the search bar on LinkedIn. What really can help you and obviously very useful to use is finding the founder's e-mails using Signalhire To use Signalhire you need to register at https://www.signalhire.com/ The most convenient way to use SignalHire is to download the Chrome extension. Example of getting Carry Protocol founder private e-mail using Signalhire 4. Signalhire: Easy for 500 daily email blasts to new contacts found in signalhire 5. Discord So far Discord is the most undervalued channel to get a response from clients, however in some cases, discord communities are the most responsive, and admins are often posting messages in the chats. You need to try to write to all guys in the right admin section as well as ask for help in chats. Reach cold leads with a USP Getting in touch with cold leads is an art - and if you become good at it you will be raking money! Openers: Always use Chat GPT for any new message! However, it’s easy to get banned if not used correctly. You are fully responsible for managing your accounts to minimize bans. If an account is blocked, it’s your responsibility to replace it. Use these guidelines: 1. Have your 2 Account Types: Cold Messaging Accounts: Use for outreach to new contacts, but expect these accounts to be banned frequently. Hot Leads Accounts: Keep two accounts exclusively for hot leads to avoid being reported as spam. 2. Obtaining Accounts: Buy Existing Accounts: Research online or ask colleagues. Purchase SIM Cards/Virtual Numbers: Use these to create new accounts. Buy Premium Accounts: Consider for better longevity. Test Providers: Find providers that are less prone to quick blocks. Messaging Guidelines a. Cold Messaging: Limit to three cold messages per day per account. b. Message Quality: Tailor messages to avoid looking like spam. Make them relevant and personalized to reduce the risk of being reported. Reciever is less likely to report spam if feel like you met somehow on a meetup or conference, or some of his contacts recommended him.
