Explain personal safety rules to follow when in the computer lab. Rules to Keep Yourself Safe: 1. Do not run in the computer lab. 2. Do not touch any exposed cables or plugs. 3. Keep bags in designated area. 4. Do not step on any electrical cables. 5. Refrain from opening any parts of the computer. Rules to protect the computer equipment: 1. Avoid bringing food and drinks in the lab. 2. Avoid touching electrical parts. 3. Ensure to have an antivirus software. 4. Do not view, alter, delete, or relocate anyone’s files or information. 5. Do not install or download any software without permission. Rules for storage devices: 1. Do not keep them near a magnet as it may erase or damage data. 2. Keep them away from liquids or food. 3.
