MCB 11 Biology and Applications of Microorganisms Hello and welcome to the lab portion of MCB 11, Biology and Applications of Microorganisms. 1 Exercise 1A: The Compound Microscope Prepared by: John Daniel P. Ong I am Professor John Daniel P. Ong from the Microbiology Division of the Institute of Biological Sciences. Our first exercise is all about the compound microscope. Some of you might already be familiar on how to manipulate a microscope, while some have no experience yet in using one.
