How to Login? Video Reference a. Login credentials to be collected from the School Admin/Principal. b. Open the browser and type the URL https://school.embibe.com/ or directly click on the given link. c. Enter your username and password provided, to "Sign in" in the School App portal. d. Once you have successfully signed in, you will be taken to the My Home landing page. e. “Sign in via Google” is a single-step sign-in option available for existing users Instructions Screenshots Forgot Password: In case you have forgotten the password - Click on the Forgot Password? option on the login page. Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 8 Instructions Screenshots Type your Email ID or Mobile No. that is registered with the School App. Once that field is filled, another field for Linked Organization gets enabled below with the applicable default selection. Click on the Reset Password button. You can also go back to the previous page anytime by clicking on the Back to Log In option. Enter the 6-digit OTP that is received on the registered Email ID or Mobile Number. If the OTP is not received, click on the Click to Resend option Once the OTP is entered, the Continue button gets enabled. Click on the Continue button to proceed. You will be redirected to the Set new password page where you have to enter the new password and confirm it. The password must be of at least 8 characters. Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 9 Instructions Screenshots Once the password is entered, the Reset Password button gets enabled. Click on it. You will get a notification on the screen with the message All done! Your password has been successfully reset. Click on the Login Now button to log in to the app using the newly set password. Troubleshooting: In case, you are unable to sign in Try refreshing the page. Try to open in Incognito Mode [PressCtrl + Shift + n, then copy and paste https://schoo.embibe.com] If the problem persists contact Customer Support at 1800 419 29 23 or mail [email protected]. 2. My Home The following features are live on my home landing page. 1. My Classes - The teacher can access the assigned classes and search to add relevant reference books to each of them. 2. My Students - Teachers will be able to see all of their students' information for a particular class and add student(s). 3. My Schedule - Helps the teacher locate the schedule/timetable for the week along with class, subject, and date range filters. My Profile - This feature allows teachers to view and edit their profile details. 2.1 My Classes Video Reference 2.1.1 List of Allotted Classes 1. My Classes: The classes assigned to you are displayed here. Click on each class to view details. 2. Number of Students: See the number of students in a particular class. 3. Mastery: Represents the students’ knowledge state at the concept level, based on all the topics that have been covered. Higher is better. 4. Next Class: This displays the ‘Teacher’s Next Class’ with the date & time for the selected class and section. 5. Pre & Post-Class Actions: The completion of pre and post-class actions are displayed on these tiles. 6. Download: Download the syllabus and learning outcomes as PDF files using this option. Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 11 2.1.1.1 Total Verified Students This panel shows the total number of verified students for the classes assigned to the teacher. On expanding this panel, the teacher is redirected to the ‘My Students’ tab where students are bifurcated class-wise and subject-wise with the number of verified students against the total number of students in the particular class. Further, download the detailed report of student data of the class by clicking the download button. Subject 3. Total number of Students and Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 13 4. Number of Verified students There is also an option to download the student details for each class in CSV format For each student, we have the following details. 1. Student Name 2. Performance 3. Contact Number 4. Email-ID 5. Verified or Not Verified 2.1.2 How to Add Books to a Class? Video Reference Instructions Image for Reference 2.1.2.1 How to add books? As you scroll down the My Home page, there is an option to “Add Books”. Once you click on it, you can add your favourite books. The Embibe Big Book, a compilation of all other books, is added by default to the class. When a teacher clicks on "Add Books," a pop-up window will emerge, allowing them to search for books by entering the name of the author. Additionally, teachers can access collections of questions from Embibe Big Book, which includes questions from dozens of popular books across the country. 2.1.2.3 How to remove books? After you add the required books one by one, you will be able to see them on the My Home landing page. Furthermore, if you want to delete specific books, you can hover your mouse over them and click on "Remove Books." The book will now be removed from the class. 2.2 My Schedule Click and add your timetable manually in the My Schedule tab on the My Home page. Video Reference Instructions Image for Reference 2.2.1 Week-wise Schedule Your week-wise plan will appear in the “My Schedule” tab. Click on a Free Slot by clicking on the + symbol. Select the class and the subject to be added to the chosen slot. Repeat as required. Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 15 Instructions Image for Reference 2.2.2 Schedule for a Specific Date By changing the date in the calendar dropdown, the teacher can see the schedule/timetable for that week of the selected date. 2.2.3 Class and Subject-wise Filters on Schedule A One-step search to choose the required grade or subject to view the schedule. Further, an ordered view of different subjects with a specific colour code. Also, see the complete details under the “Personal Information” and “Professional Information” sections. Staff type Subjects taught by a teacher Classes allocated to the teacher Any additional role allocated to the teacher Institute name Institute address Institute contact number 2.3.1 Edit Profile Change or update your details like salutation, name, highest qualification, college and work experience and skills only. Click on the Save Changes button to record the changes. (Note: Email ID and phone number are not editable as these credentials are used to log in to the platform.) Create 3.1 Next Class A notification box appears for the teachers to know their next class along with the details of the class, topic, and time countdown for the class to start. 3.2 How to Create a Lesson? Video Reference Instructions Screenshots 3.2.1 Click a Free Slot (+ sign) to Create a Lesson Plan Click on a free slot using the "+" symbol. A pop-up will appear prompting you to select the class and subject. After making the selection, click on the slot you've just created. This action will redirect you to the landing page for Topic Selection Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 18 Instructions Screenshots 3.2.2 View Lesson Video Reference On the View Lesson page, click either on the "Choose Topic & Create Lesson" button or the "+" icon to generate the lesson plan for the respective class. Alternatively, you can choose your preferred book by clicking on the pen icon (edit symbol) next to the book's name. Now, select a Unit, Chapter, and Topic(s) for which you want to create a lesson. (Note: You can only choose one chapter at a time). After selecting the topic(s), the teacher has three options to proceed: 1. Continue to Lesson Library 2. Save and Continue Later 3. Continue to Create Lesson 4. Start Teaching Now 3.2.3.1 Continue to Lesson Library This option allows the teacher to select a lesson from the Lesson Library based on the chosen topic(s). Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 20 Instructions Screenshots 3.2.3.2 Save and Continue Later This option simply selects the topic(s) for that slot and returns to the View Lesson page. 3.2.3.3 Continue to Create Lesson Clicking this button will redirect teachers to the Create Lesson landing page. On this page, teachers can customize every aspect of the lesson plan using the various assets and features provided by Embibe 3.2.3.4 Start Teaching Now Clicking on this button directly takes the teacher to the offline teaching session. Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 21 Instructions Screenshots 3.2.4 Create Lesson Lesson creation can be done in two ways. One gives you pre-built Embibe lessons, while the other guides you in creating your lesson from scratch. 3.2.4.1 Prebuilt Lesson With the Prebuilt Lesson option, you can choose the type of narration you want in your lesson. For example, a lesson with an anchor and voice-over, a lesson with only a voice-over, and a lesson without an anchor and voice-over. Video Reference Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 22 Instructions Screenshots 3.2.4.2 Create Blank Lesson Video Reference The "Create Blank Lesson" option allows you to craft a customized lesson tailored to your teaching style. 3.2.5 Create/Edit Lesson Page Video Reference The create/edit lesson landing page opens after you choose the type of lesson as “Create Blank Lesson” or “Use Prebuilt Lesson”. It has various assets and features that can be used to create an interactive and engaging lesson. 3.2.5.1 Embibe Recommended Video Reference Embibe recommendations are AI-led suggestions from over 22,000 3D and 2D models, animations, images, and video clips that are curriculum-aligned. This helps the teachers explore the huge repository with a single click and add them to their lesson plan as per the topic chosen. Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 23 Instructions Screenshots 3.2.5.1.1 Interactive Practice Module Practice modules are prebuilt lessons with only interactive quizzes on the selected topic(s). Teachers can choose to add such practice modules to the lessons they are creating. 3.2.5.1.2 Recommended Prerequisite Lesson Videos Prerequisite readiness videos offer students foundational knowledge of current topics. Serving as a refresher or introduction, these videos prepare students and strengthen their understanding of the basics. Teachers can use these videos in the lesson presentations to boost student’s comprehension and confidence. 3.2.5.2 Templates Teachers can choose from 10 different templates to focus on the important points with a great presentation. Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 24 Instructions Screenshots 3.2.5.3 Text Teachers can add text to their presentation for the lesson plan and even format it. Need to input a Mathematics/Chemistry/Physics equation? No worries, just a single click, and it's entered on your slide Video Reference 3.2.5.4 Image We have a huge repository of curriculum-aligned high-definition images which you can choose to include in your lesson plan. Just click on the image to add to the lesson. Video Reference 3.2.5.5 Videos A collection of over 4500 videos are available on the platform. All videos are categorised as Topic Explainers, Classroom Explainers, Do It Yourself, Spoof, Experiments, Solved Example for Exams, etc., and can be searched through the grade-wise filters and picked up, as per the teacher’s requirement. Here, the teacher can also upload their own videos from an external source using this upload button. Embibe Recommended videos are populated from which you can choose or you can also search for other videos using keywords. Video Reference Embibe: AI-powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 25 Instructions Screenshots 3.2.5.6 3D Model Teachers can turn up the presentation game by adding 3D models. Choose from the interactive 3D models available for both teachers and students to spin, slide in, pop up, assemble, rotate, zoom in and out during the live class. We have Embibe Recommended 3D models available from which you can choose or you can also search for other relevant 3D models using keywords. Video Reference 3.2.5.7 Questions 3.2.5.7.1 Embibe Question Bank Tab The Embibe Question Bank repository is enriched with 1.5 million questions, teachers have the freedom to choose any question type of Hard, Medium or Easy levels and share it with the students. Further, teachers can search questions based on topic or question body filter along with the details on Goal, Subject and Exam name. Further, teachers can search questions by Topic or Question body. You can create your own 2D and 3D interactive questions from the ten different question types available. They also have the option to change the number of columns in the layout between 1 and 2 columns.
