What are the objectives of Audio Visual Aid Club? o To develop core technical and effective critical analytical troubleshooting skills, learn to work as a cohesive team, confident in communication and cultivate a disciplined attitude. What are our CCA Family Rules? o We can have more discipline by reaching to school on time o We can be properly attired for school o We can take responsibility in every action we do o We can Respect and communicate o We can reduce complains What are our CCA Goals? o Be punctual for morning duty o Be properly attired everyday o Always communicate with others What is our CCA Vision? o Strive to provide excellent service to the school morning assemblies and events What is the reporting time for Morning Duty? o The reporting time for Morning Duty is 7:30 am, Members should NOT be late for their duties. What is the reporting venue for Morning Duty? o The reporting venue is the library. What do I do if I am late for duty or not coming to school? o Inform your Sec 3 leader that you are unable to make it on time or are not coming. On Main power and ATEM Mini Power 2. Turn on Both Main and Backup laptop 3. Open Broadcasting Software (OBS) 1. On Studio Mode 2. Right Click on Program Screen a. Full Screen Projection b. BMD HDMI 4. Open Zoom and Log on to BLS Morning Assembly Zoom Meeting a. On Mic and Camera and make sure is Blackmagic Design 5. Broadcast: Rode Microphone no sound Check if Mic 1 is On Check if Microphone is muted on the receiver If still no sound, ask Ms Faza for another microphone Hall: Microphone no sound Check if Microphone is muted on both the mic and mixer Still no sound turns off the system and turn back on Pg. 7
