FACULTY Objectives: At the end of this lesson, student should be able to = understand the true essence of VMG, Philosophy Goals an CORE VALUES of the institution.  VISION SAMSON POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE OF DAVAO IS AN EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING INSTITUTION WHICH ENVISIONS ITSELF TO BE FULLY EQUIPPED WITH THE TREND OF TECHNOLOGIES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE GOVERNMENT IN NATION BUILDING. IT AIMS TO MOLD AND DEVELOP ITS STUDENTS INTO A TOTAL PERSON, INTELLECTUALLY, PHYSICALLY, SPIRITUALLY, AND MORALLY UPRIGHT. IT WILL BE A RESOURCE CENTER FOR TECHNICIANS AND PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE IMBUED WITH SKILLS, EXPERTISE, QUALIFICATIONS, COUPLED WITH GOOD WORK ATTITUDE NEEDED BY THE INDUSTRY.  MISSION SAMSON POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE OF DAVAO is established to provide the community and the nation as well with highly educated professionals and skilled graduates. It seeks the development of young men and women into whole and total being committed to serve God, family, country and humanity.  GOALS SAMSON POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE OF DAVAO endeavors to mold each student to become upright citizens with good Christian values ready to serve his country and the world. For the school to attain its mission, it aims to: 1. Produce professionals and skilled-middle level manpower who are globally competitive; 2. Provide quality education through continuous upgrading of programs and learning activities; 3. Provide the individuals with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required by the industry; 4. Develop God-given talents and skills of the individuals and prepare them to become responsible Filipino citizens.; 5. Train individuals to become nationalistic, conversant and aware of the relevant issues in today’s society; 6.
