The integration of technology in the classroom significantly enhances student learning and engagement.  Exercise stimulates the production of endorphins, which are chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers and mood elevators. Engaging in physical activities can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and boost self-esteem. Additionally, it promotes better stress management by providing a healthy outlet for releasing built-up tension. As a result, incorporating it into one's routine is a powerful strategy for achieving and sustaining good mental health.
