TREND CHARTS DESCRIPTION ▪ Charts are used to trend out the voting results and the so-called Burndown Ratio. ▪ The burndown chart indicates workload planning quality/accuracy. ▪ Rates are barely comparable between projects. − However, the Burndown Ratio trend can give an indication of the project’s progress (→ input for Lessons Learned). − A sequence of very low Burndown Ratios might show issues in the project or release planning.
