Oral ulcerations particularly gingiva and palate. The ulcers are Large Deep Irregular Necrotic Painful No inflammatory halo at margins Covered by pseudomembrane 2. Secondary fusospirochetal infection 3. Regional lymphadenopathy Lab. findings CBC: Absence of granulocytes Total WBCs
