Inside everyone is all they can be but may never be unless they explore and develop themselves. The future of raw materials is a finished product. In fact, there is no raw material that is as valuable as a finished product. There is need to grow to become all that God has created us to be. Personal development is a lifelong process of identifying where we are compared to where we need to be and doing what it takes to bridge the gap. Capacity Building It is the commitment to the continuous expansion of one’s ability and skills for the purpose of destiny actualization.
