MYELODYSPLASTIC 15 SYNDROMES (MDS) MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROMES(MDS) Group of disorders that result from clonal abnormalities of hematopoietic pluripotential stem cells. Characterized by a hypercellular bone marrow and abnormalities in the cellular maturation of the erythroid cells, granulocytes, and megakaryocytes.
