# Ayo, Motivasi Diri! ## Amanda Susanti Cole, Wanita yang Sukses Berjualan Sayur Amanda Susanti Cole is the CEO and Founder of Sayurbox. Do you remember this app? It is an application that provides fresh produce such as vegetables, fruits, fish, and meat to the community. The idea behind Sayurbox came from Amanda's hobby of gardening. She visited her family's garden in Parang Kuda, Sukabumi. She saw local farmers struggling to sell their produce. She was motivated to create a platform to help local farmers or producers sell their produce to the consumer. Gradually, Amanda realized that the distribution of produce in the market was inefficient. As a result, the retail prices of produce are expensive due to the long and indirect supply chain. Also, farmers are unable to earn a significant profit. Therefore, Amanda left her office job and established her own farm called Amantani Farms. With her business partners, Rama Notowidigdo and Metha Trisnawati, she founded Sayurbox and implemented the farm-to-table concept in 2016. Initially, Sayurbox sold fresh produce via Instagram and WhatsApp with a pre-order system. However, at present, purchasing can be done through online platforms and applications. They serve millions of customers and more than 10,000 farmers in various regions of Indonesia, including Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali. Sayurbox has improved the quality of service by categorizing farm produce based on quality, namely grades A, B, and C. Sayurbox's success made Amanda appear in Forbes Under 30 in the Industry, Manufacturing, & Energy category in 2019 as an inspirational figure under 30. According to the media, Amanda said, "People look at success differently. To me, success is about continuous learning. Some tips for them might be to be confident, learn from your mistakes, and have an open mindset. It's the most important thing." # Refleksi - **Explain the topics you learned about!** - **What do you think about the topic, “Testing and Evaluating Products?”** - **Evaluate your understanding of the material provided in the table below:** | No. | Learning Material | Excellent | Good | Sufficient | Poor | Comments | |---|---|---|---|---|---|---| | A. | Product Testing | | | | | | | B. | Product Standardization and Certification | | | | | | C. | Product Evaluation | | | | | | - **What part of “Testing and Evaluating Products” is difficult and what are the difficulties you faced?** - **What did you do to understand the topics you didn't understand?
