Human Resource Management Strategic Human Resource Management Organizational Culture refers to the shared values and beliefs in an organization, the internal “climate” of the organization. It positively affects service and quality, productivity, and financial results. Also, organizational Culture is affected by differences in the cultural dimensions of the employees. Productivity is a measure of the quantity and quality of work done, considering the cost of the resources used. A measure of HR productivity computed by dividing the average cost of workers by their average levels of output is known as Unit Labor Cost.
