Each step produces a small amount of electricity due to the deformation of the piezoelectric material. Arduino Uno Microcontroller The Arduino Uno serves as the main controller in this setup. It collects data from the piezoelectric discs and allows for programming flexibility to monitor and manage the energy generated. With the Arduino Uno, you can program it to measure the voltage or calculate the energy generated per step. The microcontroller can also help optimize energy management by directing power to storage or by triggering LEDs or other indicators when energy is produced. The capacitor works in tandem with the Arduino Uno, where the stored energy can either be measured or directed toward a small load, like LEDs. The display, connected to the Arduino, shows important metrics like voltage, energy generated, or the total power output over time.
