The food and beverage sector is one of the fastest growing sectors in the world. So, there will be many culinary arts work opportunities for students in the future. Culinary arts refer to the art of preparing, cooking, and presenting food. To be successful in CA sector, students should have many skills. First, passion and love of cooking are the most important things in this sector. Second, cooking techniques (sautéing, roasting, frying, etc.) are also important. Third, creativity, attention to details and teamwork are necessary elements in CA. Culinary arts students should know all the tools, skills and techniques to create the perfect plate. They need also to know all types of cuisines.
