Write at least two quiz questions for each section. How Healthy Are Your Weight Management Practices? In this chapter, you will discover healthy ways to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Respond to the statements below to assess how you manage your weight. I get at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day. About 45 to 65 percent of the calories I eat come from carbohydrate. I get about 20 to 35 percent of my calories from fat. I get about 10 to 35 percent of my calories from protein. I take steps to maintain a healthy weight. I deal with negative feelings in a healthy way. I avoid skipping meals. I eat slowly and take small bites. I trade high-sugar foods for foods low in sugar. I choose baked, grilled, and broiled foods instead of fried foods. I have a good attitude about eating. I feel positively about my body. Total your "Yes" and "No" answers.
