END-OF-TERM SUMMARY Monday, 16 September 2024 ROS Day 1 from 07:45-15:00 Special ROS Timetable (separate attachment) Learners will be writing their last test of Test Series -> Life Orientation ROS will take place from after first break School day ends at 15:00 All learners must be at school to ensure they check their own test scripts Transport arrangements to be made to fetch learners on time Tuesday, 17 September 2024 ROS Day 2 from 07:45-14:00 Special ROS Timetable (separate attachment) School day ends at 14:00 All learners must be at school to ensure they check their own test scripts Transport arrangements are to be made to fetch learners on time Data Check = learners receive their final term mark as recorded on report card Wednesday, 18 September 2024 PHA WARRIOR CHALLENGE DAY from 07:45-13:00 ALL learners first report to their register classes at 07:45 The Warrior Challenge will start at 08:30 The day ends at 13:00 for learners Learners may not leave the school premises before 13:00 Thursday, 19 September 2024 NORMAL SCHOOL ADMIN DAY from 07:45-13:00 Register educators facilitating an academic admin day Learner report cards and term marks will be finalised The day ends at 13:00 for learners Learners may not leave the school premises before 13:00 unless arrangements have been made with the respective Grade Head only Transport arrangements are to be made to fetch learners on time Friday, 20 September 2024 LAST DAY OF TERM 3 from 07:45-12:00 Reports handed out at 11:35 All learners sign that they have received their reports The day ends at 12:00 for learners Reports not collected will be handed to the front office Learners can collect their reports in the new term from the receptionist Commencement of Term 4: Tuesday, 1 October 2024 -> Day 2 Timetable
