Key Information to Review 1. Thesis Statement The thesis statement is the main idea of your essay. It should be clear, specific, and concise. 2. Essay Structure Introduction: Starts with a general statement and ends with a thesis statement. Body Paragraphs: Each paragraph should begin with a topic sentence and include supporting details and examples. Conclusion: Summarizes the essay and avoids introducing new ideas. 2 3.
