The Board of Midwifery** * **Composition:** The Board of Midwifery shall be composed of the following, except: * a. Chairman who has at least 10 years of practice before his appointment. * b. A member who is a nurse-midwife. * c. A member who has at least 5 years of midwifery practice. * d. 3 members who are registered midwives and at least 30 years of age. **3. Mrs. Antonio** * Appointed to the board. * Prior to appointment, she had pecuniary interest in Sto. Nino Midwifery School. * **Requirements:** * a. Accept the appointment and continue her pecuniary interest in Sto. Nino Midwifery School. * b. Accept the appointment, but she should resign in Sto. Nino Midwifery School after 1 month. **4. Mr. Santos** * Appointed as a board member to fill a vacancy. * **Method of Appointment:** Regular appointment. **5. Board Members' Term of Office** * The term of office of the chairman and the three members of the board is three years. * **Definition of Term of Office:** * a.
