Promote awareness regarding the health, safety, security, | | environmental, | | | | and quality of standards for the proper use of LPG pressure | | vessels, and ancillary | | | | equipment through information dissemination and end-consumer | | education campaigns; | | | | c. Uphold the right of end-consumers to freely choose the trademark | | or trade | | | | name of LPG-filled cylinders they want to purchase and improve | | competition | | | | in the LPG industry for the benefit of end-consumers; and | | | | d.
