# Fish Daddy's Grill House Menu ## Appetizers * **Onion Rings**: Fried, served with ranch and chipotle ranch dressing. * **Firecracker Shrimp**: Crispy fried shrimp in a sweet and spicy sauce, on a bed of lettuce. * **Mexican Shrimp Cocktail**: Medium chilled shrimp, sweet sauce made from tomatoes, chilies, onion, cilantro and avocado. Served with tortilla chips. * **Mussel Frites**: Prince Edward Island mussels sauteed in white wine butter. Served with steak fries and zesty mustard sauce. * **S & P Calamari**: Fried calamari and zucchini, topped with cracked pepper and Parmesan cheese. Served with remoulade dipping sauce. * **Seafood Fondue**: Rich wine sauce, shrimp, and crawfish tails. Served with chips and French bread. (Additional French bread/no chips = $1 upcharge) * **Bacon Wrapped Scallops**: 2 scallops wrapped in bacon, served with grits. * **Fried Green Tomatoes & Grits**: Cheesy grits. Served over a portion of Cajun rice. * **Soup and Salad**: House salad with choice of gumbo or chowder (seasonal special). * **Signature House Salad**: Romaine, iceberg, and baby lettuces, light lemon-herb dressing, candied walnuts, grape tomatoes, homemade cornbread croutons, and thinly sliced apples. * **Shrimp Caesar Fall**: Blackened shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, bacon, salt, pepper croutons, grape tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. * **Signature Salmon Salad**: 6oz grilled salmon, house salad (lettuce, apples, candied walnuts, cornbread croutons, grape tomatoes).
