The culture reflects how employees, customers, and stakeholders relate to the organization and its brand. Culture is created over time through consistent and authentic behaviours. **Qualities of organizational culture** 1\. **Alignment** -- Objectives and employees' motivations are all pulling in the same direction 2\. **Application** -- this is when all team members frequently provide recognition and thanks for the contribution of others 3\. **Trust** -- Team members can rely on others for their support 4\. **Performance** -- A culture where team members motivate each other towards profitability and productivity 5\. **Resilience** -- in a dynamic environment, change is continuous and organizations have to adopt to this. 6\. **Team Work** -- Collaboration, communication and respect for each other will get more done in the organization 7\. **Integrity** -- Honesty and integrity are critical components of a culture 8\. **Innovation** -- This leads organizations to get the most out of technologies, resources and markets 9\. **Safety** -- Provides the support employees need to take risks and provide hones feedback in safer environments **5 Elements of Organizational Culture** 1\. ***Recognition*** -- Team feels supported and part of the organization with appreciation for every team member's efforts. 2\. ***Values*** -- Organizational values influence the daily decisions made. 3\. ***Employee voice*** -- Employees are able to freely express their true thoughts.
