GENERAL MANAGERS Responsible for activities covering many functional areas as well as several different group that perform a variety of functions. e.g. a plant manager who oversees various departments engaged in both specialized and general functions. ADMINISTRATORS A person who perform managerial function in the case of public, governmental, educational and nonprofit organizations. MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY In an organization, managers are expected to help and assist their subordinates, either working individually or by in group and to achieve productivity and accomplish organizational ACCOUNTABILITY goals. This concept means that managers are accountable for the performance of their work groups. They are required to report to a higher authority for the performance results of their area of jurisdiction.
