Tinting machine we use it for tinting or dyes the lenses for cosmetic purpose or relief from glare dyeing purposes Vacuum anti-scratch coating machine We use this machine to apply an anti-scratching coating to the lenses Vacuum anti-reflective coating machine We use this machine to apply an anti- reflective coating to the lenses Pupillometer (a name for two different devices) - Device to measure the pupillary light reflex - Device to measure the distance between pupils (PD) Auto refractometer we use this device to assess spherical, cylindrical, and spherocylindrical power easily. Also, we use this device near-infrared (NiR) to determine Refractive Error. Phoropter or Refractor This device is for measuring refractive errors and determining the eyeglasses prescription for the patient Lens Edging What is lens edging? The process of lens edging is done to make sure that blank lenses are shaped and sized to fit the preferred frame. Edging is the process of cutting these optical lens to fit frames, producing a pair of glasses.
