Omnitrope Trade name & manufacturer Omnitrope is the Generic name for Somatropin manufacturer: Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals Composition and nature of the preparation -Synthesized using recombinant DNA technology in a strain of Escherichia coli that has had the human growth hormone gene added to it Indication: Omnitrope is recommended for a number of adult and children.It is a growth hormone deficiency-related medical disorders. -In children: Growth Hormone Deficiency (GHD): Patients with growth failure in children caused by low growth hormone secretion Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency (AGHD): Omnitrope is recommended for adults with growth hormone deficiency in order to replace their natural growth hormone. Contraindication for Omnitrope : circumstances or elements that raise the possibility of pharmaceutical harm or discourage its usage. Hypersensitivity: Do not use Omnitrope if you have a history of somatropin or any other ingredient-related hypersensitivity or allergy. Prader-Willi syndrome with severe obesity: Omnitrope should not be used in individuals with significant obesity or severe respiratory impairment who have Prader-Willi syndrome. Side effects of Omnitrope: 1-Injection Site Reactions: Pain, redness, or swelling at the injection site are among the most frequent side effects. Injection site rotation can reduce this adverse impact. 2-Headache 3-Edema (Swelling): Swelling, mostly in the hands or feet Storage of Omnitrope: Storage: Temperature: The recommended range for storing Omnitrope in the refrigerator is 36°F (2°C) to 46°F (8°C). It's crucial not to freeze the prescription. Shield from Light: Omnitrope is one drug that may be light-sensitive. Keep the medication out of direct sunlight and always store it in its original container or package.
