Conditions of these systems and the accompanying descriptions, pathophysiology, aetiology, types, clinical manifestations, diagnostic investigations, complications and nursing care of individuals with diseases along with specific and/or appropriate medical, psychological, nutritional and nursing interventions related to them are also discussed. The Nursing process approach will be used in patient management. **Objectives** By the end of the course the student should be able to: a. Describe conditions of the musculoskeletal, nervous systems and Spinal injuries. b.
