It is contended that you have violated the Traffic Rules and thereby committed an offence punishable under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, details of which are attached with this notice. Pursuant to Section 20(2) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 r/w section 12(2) of the National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalat’s) Regulations, 2009, you are hereby called upon to make the payment of the unpaid e-challans through eChallan Online Portal, Mahatrafficapp Mobile Application or by visiting the nearest Traffic Division at the earliest possible or else your matter will be taken up before the National Lok Adalat to be held on Saturday, 11th December 2021 Note: 1.
