**MESSAGE** Today is the first day of the rest of your life. You have probably read this somewhere or heard this line in a movie. As your Regional Director, I say the same line to you today on the first day of classes for this school year. Today, you are all here because you have a dream for yourself and your family. For our learners, you are here because you believe that education plays a big role in your big future. You are here because you know that the school will help you to become what you dream of. I know you are all excited to learn new things and participate in new activities. As early as now, you are eager to finish another school year in your life. Some of you crave challenges and adventures, while others prefer the simplest option. Whatever you choose, your teachers will be there to guide you. For our teachers, continue to do your best this school year. Continue to foster a sense of purpose for your learners. Make them the finest version of themselves. Make learning more engaging. Your learners will surely look up to you. Today, the learners and teachers meet again to create beautiful learning experiences. Today marks the beginning of developing friendships among classmates and trust in your teachers. Today, you are among your old friends, and you will soon meet new ones at school. Today, be proud of yourself for being here. The Department of Education always looks up to the welfare of learners and teachers. We make learning and teaching a way of life.
