Legalise Cannabis Party \(a) Legalise Cannabis was set up in 1993 and formed by Nigel Quinlan which policies are for relegalisation of medical and recreational use of and industrial use of cannabis. The party is registered and found in NSW, Nimbin, \(b) The party is registered and found in NSW, Nimbin, then registered on 23 September 2010. \(c) Legalise cannabis has no members in the House of Representatives. Still, it has one member in the NSW Legislative Council, two in the Victoria Legislative Council, one in the WA Legislative Council, and one in the Rockingham City Council. So, in total, they have four members in any council around Australia which makes them a minor party amongst the other parties. \(d) Legalise Cannabis would like to have human rights/Personal Freedoms and Civil liberties on growing cannabis in people\'s own backyards or indoors, and a licensing system for producing, selling, and buying cannabis to be put in place into the law system. Legalise cannabis would like to erase any illegal cannabis usage on everyone's criminal record and take everyone in jail purely in jail because of cannabis to be free and out of jail. \(e) legalize cannabis have social media pages that allow them to promote their party and have rallies to get their points out to get more voters and support for the next upcoming election \(f) Legalise Cannabis Party Candidate: Fiona Patten **Profile** Fionna Paten started her career by making a company named Body Politics; after gaining interest in sex workers\' rights, she joined Workers in sex employment a group to inform at-risk members of the emerging population of HIV and AIDS. Patten Started the Australia Sex Party in 2009 to focus on personal freedoms after her frustration after a stop of censorship, freedom, marriage equality, and drug law reform. The part later changed its name to The Reason Party. Patten\'s first election she contested she was in multiple member single constituency Australian Capital Territory legislative assembly on a ticket called the hare Clark independent group, in association with the larger group of independent politicians who entered an alliance with the liberal and residents rally government. Patten ran alongside the sitting member Craig Duby but did not get elected. Now in 2024 patten is now with the legalized cannabis party being the lead senate candidate for the next upcoming Federal election.
