Consideration **Unit-II** **Capacity to contract** Free consent, Undue Influence, Misrepresentation, Fraud, Mistake, Unlawful Considerations and objects and Fraudulent **Unit-III** **Void and Voidable agreements** Injurious to person or property, Immoral, Against public policy , Void and void able agreements , Contract without consideration , Agreements in restraint of marriage, trade etc. ,Contingent contract, wagering contract and its exception. **Unit --IV** **Contractual obligations** Contractual obligations -- remedies-discharge of, Damages, remoteness of damages, ascertainment of damages.
