IMPORTANCE OF ORGANIZATION Filevine, Dropbox and keeping your cases in order Second Intake The most important task of all. Make sure you get as much information as you can, so that you don’t have to keep calling the client for basic questions. Filevine’s Tabs Fill them! Keep the whole case constantly updated using FV’s tabs. Don’t forget to use the “notes” spaces. Case’s Information Again, fill all the space you can with information Use tags Write down in a single word what the case’s most important characteristics are Task yourself constantly Keep your own tasks with what you have to do, accomplish or get. Don’t forget to use deadlines for yourself to get things done. Always save it in Dropbox Take notes of your progress Write down as much information as you can so that you can have an idea of what happened later on, when you review the case (or someone else does)
